DELIVERY & RETURNS


CAKE DELIVERY
Retail delivery service runs Tuesday to Friday between the hours of 10am and 5pm, and Saturdays from 12pm and 2pm.
Wedding cake deliveries are available 7 days a week until 8PM.
We deliver to most Treasure Valley zip codes but please check to make sure your address is covered. 
When placing an order for delivery, please be sure to provide a telephone number which our driver can contact you or the recipient should there be any problems in delivering the order.
If for any reason no one is present to accept the delivery at the delivery address, we will take your order back to Amaru Confections Bakery and retain it for 24 hours during which time you may telephone our Customer Service team at 208-991-CAKE to request re-delivery at an additional charge or to arrange personal collection. We are unable to leave any product at the delivery address without someone signing for the order.

COLLECTION & DELIVERY
Customer collections may take place during the opening hours
Tuesday- Friday: 9am to 5pm
Saturday: 10:00am-1:00pm
To collect your order from Amaru Confections, it is helpful to provide either a valid Order Confirmation number or the name of the person the order is under. We require a signature upon each delivery or collection to confirm that your complete order has been received as requested.
Thereafter, Amaru Confections can no longer take responsibility for any damage that may occur to your order.
All orders placed will be available for collection or delivery the date the order is needed.  This does not include weekends or public holidays or other dates the bakery is closed for business.
The Goods will be delivered to you at the address you provided during the order process which may be an address other than the billing address, but please note that extra documentation may be needed to comply with such orders.
We shall not be liable for any delay in delivering the Goods, however caused.
Delivery delays of online orders caused by Ecwid and not Amaru Confections can be discussed with Ecwid directly, www.ecwid.com
CANCELLATION
Canceling your order before making the final payment:
You may cancel your order at any time prior to making the full and final payment on your order so long as you contact us at 208-991-CAKE. In addition, we will require a written cancellation notice by email to info@amaruconfections.com. Your cancellation request must quote your name, address, the name or a description of the products ordered and any order reference number if applicable.
Cancellation after Making the final payment:
We are sorry that it will not possible to cancel or make changes to your order once a final payment has been made.

RETURNS
Regardless of a pick up or delivery of your order, we cannot accept returns of any of our products if any portion of an item has been consumed, cut, dropped, or otherwise mishandled. We will do our best to repair any damage you or we caused, but there may be an additional fee for any said repair.
We employ professional carriers. Nevertheless, accidents can happen and so we ask that you check your order is correct before signing your delivery note.
In the unlikely event that you find that your order is incorrect, incomplete or damaged on delivery
please notify our Customer Services Team immediately at 208-991-CAKE.
In order to claim a credit or refund please retain your order for inspection or send photo evidence alongside proof of purchase to info@amaruconfections.com.
