I just wanted to thank you for the delicious cakes and strawberries last weekend.  The non-vegan cake disappeared quickly.  The vegan one stuck around a bit longer as the non-vegans didn’t want to eat our food.  But once they realized it was leftovers, they gobbled it up, commenting that they wouldn’t have known it was vegan!  I love it when I hear that from staunch meat-eaters.

A thank you, thank you, thank you for our most fabulous wedding cake!!!  What a wonderful surprise and we are so thankful that we asked you to keep the final design from us.  It was so awesome because as I was walking into the reception site, someone tapped me and said, “Oh Catie…look at your CAKE!”  I saw it through the window and just teared up.  It was just perfect.  It was truly a present for us AND….the cake tasted soooo good!!!  The brownie’s were a hit, too.  We just can’t say enough.  Just perfect!
