1. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, I agree that the order placed is correct and that the expectations for this order have been conveyed clearly. Amaru Confections is only responsible for making the agreed-upon order; if I have no conveyed my desired order clearly on this order, Amaru is not responsible for fixing the order.
  2. Photos provided for orders may not look identical to the cake you receive. Every decorator has their own style and cannot be replicated exactly.
  3. All changes to this order need to be made at least one week in advance and may be subject to an extra charge if changes are made within that time frame.
  4. Amaru Confections is not responsible for any damages done to the order once it has left our possession. This includes leaving the bakery in the customer’s possession and after the delivery is done by Amaru.
  5. If an order or any part of the order is canceled within 48 hours of the event date, Amaru will be unable to refund all or part of the order amount.
